At Lovina’s Kitchen Co, we offer free shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states for basic economy shipping.

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Please note: During peak seasons and holidays, processing or delivery may take a few extra days due to high carrier volume.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged due to something out of your control, please contact us at contact@lovinaskitchenco.com within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.

If you accidentally place an order with the wrong address, we cannot guarantee that we can change the address. If the order ships to the wrong address because of this, we will not be responsible.
