Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, then delivery takes 5–8 business days. Pre-orders are processed within 1–2 weeks.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free economy shipping across all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We don't currently ship to other countries outside the US and Canada.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused/unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email contact@lovinaskitchenco.com to start a return.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
Return the original item, then place a new order once your return is approved.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can edit your order through the link in your order confirmation email for up to 7 hours after placing it. After that window, we've likely already started processing and may not be able to accommodate changes — email us ASAP if something's wrong.
